“ After checking out of hotel in the Excalibur resort, I stopped by for a quick Mexican food lunch to beat some of the exorbitant prices at the airport. I ordered the steak fajita plate and thought for the price (under $20) and for the taste (not to mention it comes with some tortilla chips which you have a selection of over 4 salsas you can pair with at the self-serve counter) this was an excellent meal! Service was fairly quick and has same layout as most burrito/texmex places like Chipotle. The servers and cashiers were cordial and there was plenty of seating around. ”
“ Fast service with good sauces. Clean place to eat. The staff are a little frugal when it comes to giving chips, veggies, and rice. I think overpriced but seems like everywhere is expensive these days. Convenient if you are staying in the hotel or playing in the casino. ”
“ Food was delicious! Service wasn't great. The restaurant is inside of the Excalibur casino/food court. I personally can't stand the smoke inside, especially eating, so I took it to go. I ordered the tostada with shrimp for meat choice. I was suspicious about it because it was only $13.50. So yummy!!! Everything tasted so fresh, which made me very happy because that's exactly what I wanted. And it's in the name, so it better be! The shrimp had a lot of flavor. The tostada came with choice of meat, choice of beans, romaine, guacamole, cheese, and pico. I got no pico or tomatoes, but they have a salsa bar! I got mango salsa, and a black one that I forgot the name of. It's a medium salsa and I'm pretty sure it's made with black beans. They also had cilantro at the salad bar which added even more depth and flavor. The service wasn't friendly, and there was a particular employee helping me who didn't take one second to acknowledge me. She did not look at me and she was talking to her co-worker the whole time. At least she listened to me when I said no pico or tomatoes tho then I asked her about salsa and she quickly said something I didn't understand. Then I asked the third employee what she said, and she pointed me to the salsa bar! They also didn't even have water cups, but I guess that's not the employees fault... Once I tried the food I completely forgot about the bad service and would go back again. ”
“ I miss Baja Fresh. The service was good . Family friendly. Great deal for strip. Overall, good and fresh. ”
“ My husband absolutely loves Baja Fresh! We used to have some in Salt Lake City but they closed up. So every time we come to Vegas, he has to stop in and get his favorite burrito. This time he said it wasn't as good as usual. But it was still good. Just not amazing. I got chicken quesadillas and wasn't all that impressed. It tasted like a cheese quesadilla with a piece or two of chicken. And it was kind of soggy. I prefer my quesadillas with a little crunch on the outside. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't my favorite. He will be back many times. I'm sure. ”
“ Maybe it was because I was starving but my Baja steak bowl tasted so good. Steak was tender and well seasoned. It was also a little crispy on the outside. Just like I prefer. Greens were fresh and salsa was flavorful. Food came with chips and salsa. I can't say the chips were great but with enough salsa they were edible. Price was reasonable and there is ample seating spaced out enough to give you separation from other customers despite being an open concept type seating. ”
